#3: Give me a good battle…

#4: I may not be in water…but I can still fight and win!

Against Felicia: You're a singer as well? Wow! I'd love to hear it sometime!

Air Medium: Tailfin Smack (51,000)

Air Hard: Trident Stab (75,000)

Air Special: Tailfin Flail (80,000)

Unique Moves

Electric Shock (F + H) (77,000)

Special Moves

Laser Trident (Qcf + A) (95,000)

Splash Woman's traditional weapon from the game MegaMan 9, Splash Woman will launch a Laser Trident from the end of her Trident, going straight across the screen. The attack button used will make the weapon go faster of slower depending on what  button is used. This projectile is strong and can go through a lot of other fireball-like projectiles such as Hadoken.

Electric Tower (Dp + A) (100,000)

Splash Woman will stab her Trident into the ground, causing a tower of electricity to shoot up out of the ground to damage opponents. This attack goes all the way beyond the top of the screen so it can catch airborne opponents. The attack can either be right in front of you (L) in the middle of the screen (M) or on the far side of the screen. (H)

Robot Fish Bite (Qcb + A) (80,000)

From a puddle of water formed close to Splash Woman, one of her robot fish will spring up out of the water to attack the opponent. The attack works in three different ways for each attack buttons. L will cause a fish to spring up right in front of Splash Woman and do a small bite, M will cause the fish to do a dive forward and get some distance on the attack, and H will cause the fish to leap up high into the air to catch airborne opponents.

Electric Charge (Charge back + Forward + A) (110,000)

Using the Propel system within her Mermaid Fin and her trident to dash forward while spinning around to cause electric sparks to fly around her as she dashes. This attack can break through almost every projectile.

Electric Current (Down + Down + A) (Power-up)

Splash Woman will charge up the power in her Trident, giving the next Laser Trident blast more power than before.

Hyper Combos

Electric Laser Lance (Charge back + Forward + AA) (270,000)

A powered-up version of her Electric Charge attack, Splash Woman will dash forward at extreme speed, being surrounded by electric current and laser beams as she dashes. No projectile can stop this dash attack.

Laser Vulcan (Qcf + AA) (265,000)

Splash Woman will repeatedly launch Laser Tridents from her Trident, working a lot like Arthur's rapid fireball special as Splash Woman can move and jump using this hyper combo for more effectiveness.

Thunder Towers (Dp + AA) (280,000)

Like Thor's Mighty Thunder, Splash Woman will strike the ground with her weapon and cause a large uprising shockwave of electricity to zap the opponent and cause them to fly into the air.

Level 3: Serenity of the Seas (Qcb + AA) (400,000)

This Hyper Combo is difficult to block due to it's an instant-activating hyper combo like Magneto's Gravity Squeeze. The stage will be overcome with large waves that will submerge the stage in water, several fish then coming out of nowhere and biting down on the opponent, causing them to be held in place. Splash Woman will then swim at the opponent with her Trident ahead of her in full gallop, going right through the opponent for a powerful electric-charged Dash attack, the water then rushing out and the hyper combo ending.

Victory Pose:

Splash Woman will float up into the air as the end of her Trident sparks, then winking and blowing a kiss to the camera.

Victory Quotes:

#1: That's the most excitement I've had in a long time!

#2: What? Were you taking it easy on me or something?

#3: It's not fun when you're the one getting beaten up is it?

#4: I'm getting tired of this, it's back to the sea for me…

Against Felicia: Your last note was perfect there...sadly I can't say the same for your last attack.

Against Zero: Sorry, it would'nt have worked out, I've already got a special someone in my life.

Assist Quotes:

Call Partner:

"A little help?"

Switch-Out:

"You worry too much."

Last Person Switch-Out:

"Even without my legs…I can still KICK your butt!"

Color Scheme:

Color #1: Blue/Navy Blue

Color #2: Green/Dark Green

Color #3: Red/Yellow

Color #4: Aqua Blue/Ice Blue

Color #5: Silver/Black

Color #6: Green/Black

I hereby give Capcom full rights over this moveset and are welcome to use this in any way/shape/form that they desire.
Who says you need legs to fight? Well let's just say that Splash Woman can still kick your ass without the use of legs. Splash Woman uses a Silver Surfer style of fighting, mainly floating above the ground using her trident, which has hovering and anti-grav abilities. Her abilities are traditional to her design and I did the best I could with new moves.

"Sorry, it would'nt have worked out, I've already got a special someone in my life." She wouldn't be referring to Mega Man would she?

Actually that was a special line for the guy who commissioned my picture. It was for his own character named ZeroMan I believe.

Tron, 1,200,000 ? I doubt she herself would survive, but then again she rides a giant bot >_> but still, probably sucks to be phoneix and would take a time to master.

1) If they didn't put Megaman, why could they put a robot master?
2) Silver Surfer wasn't in the game because they couldn't addapt him when he is riding his board, because it wasn't compatible with the engine

Does it matter whether or not they'll put a robot master in Marvel VS Capcom? I've made Movelists for Super Smash Bros Brawl for my characters (and about a billion for other games that I havent uploaded) yet I dont expect my crappy little geometric guy with a scythe to appear in the next Smash Bros. These types of Movelists are just to make for fun

I only said that some characters are not likely to appear, but I didn't say that no one should make these movesets.

They said the same thing about Ghost Rider's bike, now look where he is. Also...they put in Tron Bonne and Zero in and no MegaMan, who says we can't have a Robot Master?

Tron and Zero were main characters of their respective series, Robot masters are in a smaller category, Bass or Protoman may have more chances to get in the game.

Well, those are more likely to get in the game, but to be honest, if Roll and even Classic Megaman are not present in MVC3, I doubt they'd be in UMVC3
