Description: Ambassador of the Ctarl Ctarl Empire, Aisha Clan Clan was once the leader of the ship known as Aunta Honay-Honay, a powerful Ctarl Ctarl Battleship and one of the most powerful in the entire military. Thanks to a chance encounter with Hilda and her ship Horus and not catching them as asked, Aisha was demoted to the Resident Officer of the Blue Heaven spaceport.

Entrance: Aisha is wearing her caped hood from Episode 5 of Outlaw Star, walking into her spot on the screen. She then takes off he hood and throws it away, getting into her stance. A lot like Cammy in the Street Fighter Alpha .

Special Attacks:

Ctarl Ctarl Slash (Qcf + A) (95,000)

A dashing slash forward that causes damage. The three slashes work in different ways, the L Slash being a straightforward slash that causes little knockback and fair damage, M Slash is capable of overhead hits and no ground bounce, while H Slash is capable of hitting airborne opponents and bringing them back down to the ground for an OTG bounce.

Three Linked Staff Reach (Dp + A) (105,000)

The only move in Aisha's moveset that's armored, Aisha will use her special chain linked staff (As seen in episode 5 of Outlaw Star) to attack enemies from a distance. This attack is an ultimate zoning weapon, for it can cover half of the screen when attacking. The L attack will cause a straight throw that'll attack the opponent's feet, and while the attack does not trip the opponent, the staff will damage on the return as well. M attack goes straight across and lashes at the enemy for a quick return. The H attack is an upward wave strike that can catch airborne enemies, even though it doesn't bring them crashing into the ground or brings them in closer. This attack has one hit of super armor on it.

Outlaw Star Support (Qcb + A) (Gene #1: 90,000, Suzuka: 100,000, Gene #2: 125,000)

Aisha calls on a few characters in order to give her a support attack. She can summon Gene Starwind who will attack with a few pistol shots (L), summon Suzuka for a quick slash forward that can go through fireballs (M) and Gene Starwind to attack with a Rocket Launcher that can go through all fireballs while it can be cancelled out with other weapon attacks. (H)

Ctarl Ctarl Flip Kick (Dpb + L) (90,000)

Aisha will do a flip kick backwards and deliver a knockback to her opponent. Can cancel out projectiles if timed properly and can act as a way to get into a keep-away position.

Ctarl Ctarl Wall Smash (Dpb + M) (100,000)

Aisha will do a backwards jump and latch onto the wall, then lunging forward off of the wall and doing a downward axe kick on the opponent. The attack will cause an OTG bounce when it connects with the opponent, and can cause a pushback if the opponent blocks, causing a safety range between Aisha and the enemy.

Ctarl Ctarl Arrow (Dpb + H) (110,000)

A straightforward Arrow Kick in which Aisha will attack head-on, causing a wall bounce if the attack connects properly. The wall bounces high off of the wall and leaves a more open chance to get in a Hyper combo or crossover combination.

Hyper Combos

Ctarl Ctarl Onslaught (Qcf + AA)(290,000)

Aisha will dash forward at an incredible speed and slash the opponent, then attacking from behind with the same kind of attack, repeating the attack a few more times before delivering the final slash and ending the attack.

Caster Gun Shot (Qcb + AA) (300,000)

Aisha will call in on Gene Starwind for an attack, who will draw his Caster Gun and shoot a giant caster shot, the fireball of a very large size and moves at a very fast pace, going the length of the entire screen. As the attack ends, Gene Starwind will leave and the battle will continue

Maximum Beast Strength (Dp + AA)(50,000 per slash, 100,000 per charge attack, 150,000 per pounce attack)

Aisha will activate her beast strength to the maximum level, turning into her giant white Tiger form. This form will last for 10 seconds, each attack delivering over 50K damage and an infinite hyper armor. This form gives her the ability to use Slash attacks (L), Dash attacks (M) and Pounce attacks (H) This form is also super fast and can move around really quickly like Jill Valentine's Level 3 HC. As the attack ends, Aisha will transform back into her normal form and her clothes will reappear on her skin. Aisha is still capable of taking damage in this form, but the damage she takes from attacks is cut in half compared to normal.

Winning Pose: Aisha does a couple of Shadowbox punches in the air, then giving the air an uppercut before giving a peace out in front of the Camera.
